Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

A’N’J Logistics provides package forwarding, courier, and logistics services from our overseas warehouse to Jamaica. We act solely as a shipping agent and are not the seller or manufacturer of any items shipped.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete shipping information

• Correctly declare item contents and values

• Ensure items shipped are legal and compliant with Jamaican laws

• Pay all shipping, customs, and service-related fees

A’N’J Logistics is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect customer information.

3. Prohibited Items

A’N’J Logistics does not ship:

• Illegal drugs or substances

• Firearms, weapons, or ammunition

• Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials

• Cash, counterfeit, or stolen goods

• Perishable goods without prior approval

Any prohibited item may be seized, disposed of, or reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Customs & Duties

Customers are fully responsible for:

• Customs duties, GCT, and clearance fees

• Any penalties or fines imposed by customs authorities

A’N’J Logistics is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or government agencies.

5. Payment Terms

• All charges must be paid before delivery or pickup

• Storage fees apply to packages uncollected after 15 days

• Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice

6. Liability

A’N’J Logistics is not responsible for:

• Manufacturer defects

• Delays due to weather, customs, or third-party carriers

• Damage caused by improper packaging by sender

Our maximum liability is limited to the declared value or shipping fee paid (whichever is lower), unless shipping insurance is purchased.

7. Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional and must be requested at the time of shipment. Uninsured shipments travel at the owner’s risk.

8. Claims

All claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of pickup or delivery, along with photos and relevant documentation.

9. Right to Refuse Service

A’N’J Logistics reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for violation of these terms or illegal activity.
